The White Rabbit’s Map
You are late. The rabbit is always late. That is not a character flaw—it is a clock with anxiety.
In Wonderland, maps lie cheerfully. Rivers run uphill. Labels peel off bottles. The sensible response is to demand a better map. The Alice response is to notice that the chase itself is drawing the territory: every corridor you enter becomes real enough to stub your toe.
ASX’s product sibling—the instrument panel, not this looking-glass—will tell you: the map is not the source. A control-plane map is not the exhibit. A model’s synthesis is not the record. Here, in the story site, we are allowed a softer truth: pattern hunger is how minds grow, so long as you remember which side of the glass you are on.
When the rabbit drops a watch, do not only ask what time it is. Ask whose time, which calendar, and what evidence would falsify the appointment. That is still story. The discipline lives next door.
